How We Work at LearningSuite

We Value Close Collaboration

We mainly work from our office in Graz and intentionally focus on in-person collaboration. However, we still offer 2 days of remote work per week.

Our approach is to work together in an environment that encourages open exchange, fast decisions, and real collaboration.

You experience the full process from start to finish, from new content ideas and concept development to production, design, and writing marketing copy.

Fast Decision Making

In marketing you work closely with the leadership team. This means that a video or post does not need to pass through multiple approval layers before publication, and decisions can be made much faster.

Instead of waiting months for feedback that may never even be used, we often publish ideas in the very same week.

Two Clear Brands Instead of Constantly Changing Clients

Compared to typical agency work, our company group focuses on just two clear brands. (LearningSuite and SalesSuite)

That means no constant switching between new brand identities or completely different feedback styles and requirements. At the same time, the content we produce stays intentionally diverse to keep surprising our audience.

What Makes Us Stand Out?

LearningSuite is now the leading learning platform in the German-speaking market. Powerful in its capabilities, clear in its usability, and intentionally simple in its design. Every feature is built with one goal: to make learning easier, more efficient, and better.

More than 1,500 companies and over 600,000 users already work with LearningSuite. This growth is no coincidence. It is the result of consistent product development, high technical quality, and a clear focus on the best customer experience.

What Do We Stand For?

LearningSuite is only the beginning. Under our holding company SeekInnovation, we develop additional software products with a clear goal: to actively shape the European software landscape.

We believe in high-quality European solutions built with modern technologies, strong security standards, and full GDPR compliance. Our goal is to build software that not only works but can be trusted for the long term.

Insights Into Working With Us

What I especially like about LearningSuite is the dynamic feedback loops, the efficiency behind them, and how quickly we create content, with everyone truly giving 100 percent.

Open Job Positions

We can only consider applicants who can work on-site at our office in Graz. Regardless of whether you're an introvert or a team player, we have a place for every personality.

This Is Why We Don't Offer Fully Remote Positions:

We believe that in-person collaboration leads to the best performance. This is not possible if part of the team works fully remotely. Our team mainly works in our office. However, 2 days of remote work per week are still possible.
